Focusing on environment-host-microbe interactions in cardiometabolic health. Currently holds six research grants funded by the National Science Foundation of China and other agencies. Over the past five years, research results have been published in more than 10 high-impact journals with 2,000 citations, including Cell, Nature Medicine, Circulation Research, The ISME Journal, Nature Communications, and Cell Reports. Also serves as an editorial member for several academic journals, including Engineering, iMeta, and Medicine in Microecology.
