  • He is dedicated to the clinical and fundamental research of lipid metabolism disorders, and has achieved the following research accomplishments: (1) Identified a series of key regulatory factors in lipid metabolism downstream, such as Feimin, OTUD3 and CypD; (2) discovered the abnormal pituitary hormone levels are an important cause of lipid metabolism disorders, and demonstrated a new mechanism for the direct regulation of liver lipid metabolism by pituitary hormones TSH and FSH; (3) established and promoted new diagnostic and treatment standards and stratified intervention plans for lipid metabolism disorders based on pituitary hormones. Over the past five years, He has published more than 30 papers as first/corresponding author (including co-authorship) in journals include Cell Metab. (3 papers), Nat. Metab. and J. Hepatol., served as an expert in drafting 5 Chinese Medical Association clinical guidelines/expert consensus, and received the China Youth Science and Technology Award and the Huaxia Youth Medical Science and Technology Award.
