Helena Wang (Wang Hui) is the Asia Senior Executive Editor at The Lancet. She is The Lancet’s first senior editor based in China and the sole China representative on the journal’s global senior leadership group. With more than twenty years of experience in medical editing, scientific publishing, and academia, her expertise spans research ethics, research methodologies, publication standards, and global health. She has served as a member of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and contributed to the development of standards for medical publishing ethics from 2016-2018.
