Dr. Mian Li is currently a Professor and received her Ph.D. in 2013 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. She was sponsored by the National Top Young Talents program. Her main research interests are in the fields of prevention and control of type 2 diabetes. She focuses on the investigation of modifiable risk factors and intervention strategies for diabetes and its complications in clinical research. She has published over 35 peer-reviewed academic papers as the first and/or corresponding author, including New Engl J Med and Diabetes Care.
