Professor Hong Jie has long been engaged in basic and clinical research of obesity and metabolic syndrome. As to research achievements, Professor Hong Jie has achieved a number of scientific project grants supported by National Key Research and Development Plan, National Science-technology Support Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published more than 40 original articles in influential journals including Nature Medicine, Diabetes Care, Advanced Science and all that, as the first author/corresponding author. Her research findings has won the 1st prize in Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, 2nd prize in Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and 3th prize in Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award and other awards.
